PROJECT OVERVIEW
With 40% of TikTok users planning to buy or lease a car in the next six months, the auto industry is undergoing a major shift in how consumers discover and shop. I led the end-to-end development of #AutoTok, a multi-touch B2B campaign designed to educate and inspire auto dealers, OEMs, and marketers on how to drive full-funnel impact on TikTok.
From strategy to execution, I owned the entire project:
Developed original research and outreach strategy for dealers
Crafted the full creative narrative, GTM playbook, and event programming
Designed the blog, landing page, and marketing materials
Led cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, creative, and legal
Hosted a virtual summit with C-suite execs, creators, and industry thought leaders to position TikTok as the next-gen auto showroom

Event attracted over 2,300 registrants and 1,500+ live attendees, including senior decision-makers across Tier 1 and Tier 3 auto brands
Landing page content drove 8,000+ downloads of the AutoTok marketing playbook and campaign templates
Contributed to $15M+ in influenced pipeline and $3M+ in incremental revenue by enabling dealer-level campaigns and OEM partnerships
Positioned TikTok as a top-of-funnel and lead-gen platform for a legacy industry previously reliant on TV, print, and search
